Japanese porcelain dial crafted by Arita artisans. Limited to 2,000 pieces.
Our take on the Seiko Presage Arita Porcelain
Arita porcelain has been fired in Saga Prefecture for over 400 years, and Seiko worked with Arita artisans to make a dial thin and hard enough for a wristwatch. The result is a dial with a depth and whiteness that painted or lacquered dials cannot reproduce, at a price far below Swiss equivalents.

Where and how to buy
Seiko's own boutiques and larger authorized dealers get the bulk of allocation; grey-market Japanese sellers often list earlier but without international warranty. Given the limited run, buying early at retail is the sensible play.
